'For any of my pregnant friends out there, or to anyone who is pregnant and is nervous about labour (which I know most will be), I really need to recommend Welcome Hypnobirthing. As a first time mother, extremely nervous about giving birth and not really sure what to expect, I really needed that extra support beforehand. I was sceptical at first, mainly because of the name as I thought it was going to be a hypnotising session - it couldn't be further from that.
